It is our policy to charge for failing to attend reserved, booked and confirmed dental & hygiene appointments. This also applies for late cancellations: less than 48 hours. 

We reserve the right to request prepayment for reserved, booked and confirmed dental & hygiene appointments.

Please note that this fee is not refundable if an appointment is missed or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.

Any exception to the above is only at the discretion of Dr. Namih, the principal dentist and Sarah, the practice manager.
