How do I sign up for membership?
Signing up is simple. You can join during your visit to the practice or over the phone with a member of our team. Your dentist will prescribe the right plan for your dental needs. Once you’re signed up, your membership benefits will begin straight away.
What happens if I need to cancel my membership?
We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your membership, just let us know. We usually ask for 30 days’ notice, and we’ll guide you through the process. There are no long-term commitments, and you’ll still be welcome to see us on a pay-as-you-go basis if you wish.
