We hope you are all well.
Following the announcement from the government that dental practices are allowed to open from 8th June, we are pleased to announce that we will be re-opening soon.
This date however is not a green light for us to resume our normal services, as due to the nature of the announcement, dental practices have been left with little time to prepare the necessary protocols required for us to open safely. We are in fact still waiting for official guidance on this, and while we have already put in place new safety measures and procedures, there are still several things to finalise.
The safety of our patients and staff are our number one priority, and we will only re-open once we are satisfied that we have the extra correct health and safety measures in place, on top of our already excellent standards of care and infection prevention control.
We will be informing each and every one of our patients via email or telephone in the next few weeks detailing the current measures that we have put in place, and how your experience at the practice will differ from what it was before the lockdown.
Once we are ready to see patients face to face, we will have to prioritise those that have had emergencies over the past few weeks, and those that are mid-treatment. If you are waiting to book a routine appointment, PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT US YET. We will contact all patients with upcoming routine appointments in due course.
In the meantime, you can still contact the practice on 0121 369 2588 if you have a dental emergency.
Thank you for your patience and loyalty over the last few weeks, and we hope to see you all soon
